Yannick has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and able to work with all demographics. He can provide technique analysis and recommendations to help improve your training, from sore backs when doing deadlifts, to sore shoulders on the bench press. Yannick can get you back to feeling unrestricted in the gym.

Richie holds an Honours degree in Sports Science and Business and has over 15 years of experience as a well sought after coach with a reputation in achieving optimal results in body recomposition and health and well being. He has coached clients of all fitness levels and abilities from beginner to elite athletes.
As a lifelong multi-sportsman and competitive athlete, Richie has competed at the highest level in bodybuilding both nationally and internationally as a men's physique athlete with top podium placing across 4 federations (IFBB, WBFF, ICN, INBA).

Casey is qualified and experienced personal trainer, who specializes in weight loss and body re-composition training. She is experienced in weight training and is also a soughtafter group HiiT and functional fitness instructor. She is currently completing a dietetics degree and has a particular interest in high performance nutrition and training specific fitness. I have experience working with athletes from a wide range of sports including AFL, Basketball, Strongman, Rugby, Powerlifting, Combat, plus many more.
My training methods are individualized depending on the client’s needs with a strong emphasis on Strength and Power Development along with developing the right mindset that is required for success at the highest level.
Whilst being predominantly sport focused, I'm also here to help anyone that wants to improve themselves, whether that be through improvements in movement efficiency, structural balance, stability, rehabilitation, body composition or injury prevention.
